Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne believes it is only a matter of time before their star striker finds his best form.
City had been without both De Bruyne and Erling Haaland for much of the winter period.
However, both are now fully fit and integrated into the team, with De Bruyne already showing the quality fans had missed.
While Haaland is taking his time to find his feet again, De Bruyne has no doubts regarding the Norway striker\’s quality.
“He\’s been doing really well. Today he didn\’t score but he was dangerous and he created chances,” said De Bruyne after a win over FC Copenhagen in the Champions League.
“He had the opportunities and that\’s the thing he needs to do. He will score goals anyway.
“When you play with someone like him it\’s easy to create chances – one of if not the best striker in the world. I know he\’s going to be there, and the connection is made by itself – understanding what he wants and knowing each other.”
