Tottenham Hotspur want to sign Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher this month. They haven’t made a bid officially, but Football Insider reports they’re preparing to make a swift offer. Chelsea believes Gallagher is worth £80 million, but it’s unclear whether Tottenham are willing to pay that much. Tottenham are quite interested in the English star and have spoken with Chelsea about adding him to their team this month.

Conor Gallagher worked hard to find a spot in Chelsea‘s midfield. He had to wait and go on loan before becoming a regular at Chelsea. In the last year and a half, he has been a reliable player for the team. In the 2022/23 season, he improved a lot, and this season he’s doing even better. So far, he has played in 28 games and provided six assists. In the absence of Reece James and Ben Chilwell, Gallagher has often been the captain in the 2023/24 season.
Gallagher’s future at Chelsea is not clear because he has less than 18 months left on his contract. Many clubs have noticed this, and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in getting him before the January transfer window closes.
